Bahari Kru Manajemen cooperate closely with the biggest organization of Indonesian fishermen is Indonesian Fisherman Association , special focus is directed to the education and training in accordance STCW 2010'/ STCW-F 95' in order to be able to supply the best qualified fishermen in field fisheries sector work as Boatswain, Deck Hand, (1st, 2nd, 3rd Engineer), ( 1st, 2nd, 3rd Officer) Oiler, Master, Cooker and fish processor.   Bahari Kru Manajemen PT, established office located near the port in Tegal city, central java, Indonesia. that where the city's population is 70% as fishermen. Majority fishing industries worldwide hiring Indonesian fishermen on their fishing vessels from this area.
