There was produced fusion between three major Ukrainian Crewing Companies and as a result now let us introduce You the Company, named “Universal Shipping Services of Ukraine”. One of the main objectives of the company is to select qualified Ukrainian seafarers of all ranks. The base of the seamen now is more than 25000 high qualified, experienced specialists, including about 10000 seamen from Georgia, Azerbaijan and Russia. Our company starts its cooperation with crewing agencies from Philippines, Indonesia and Tanzania. All the seafarers are selected only in accordance with requirements of the company. To be registered in the company a seafarer must fill the application form at the office of " Universal Shipping Services of Ukraine " and to be interviewed 3 times in ENGLISH(including Marlins Test and CES 4.1)! Our candidates from Top Officers to Ratings are experienced and reliable. Our Company may guarantee the high professional level of work on : selecting and testing of the seamen (previous sea service incl. references, professional level and knowledge of English); checking of authenticity of seafarers documents; preparation of flag documents Applications. All our seafarers before proceeding on board passing medical examination(including drug/alcohol test) in Medical Center “VIVA VITA”( Odessa) which is certificated by P&I Club. Our primary goals include, but are not limited to Make our crew feel like home with us. Ensure that our seafarers, will provide safe and trouble-free operation of vessel and unconditionally follow requirements of international conventions and national legislation.
