I am very happy to use the Crewell service. As for me, I have worked at ONE crewing company for 18 years and am now searching for another company, and I have found a very good opportunity to follow the way of improving myself and my skills to afford new proposals from other Crewing Co. / Managers /Operator's services for employment/ re-employment of seafarers.

Crewell service is dedicated automation system for an applying for opened positions between Crew Operators, Ownres, Managers etc. The best practice to reach individual vacancies by direct mailing to the Crewing Agencies with opened proposition with CV+Cover Letter directly to shipownres or crewing agencies via Crewell platform by using Send direct msg or CV (Premium required). The platform, as it stated below in comments, are interface friendly and easy to navigate and CV structure i very like to use instead of App Forms from Crewing Agencies (Rmk: Pls add DOR to CV). I can recommend The Crewell as Good platform for seafarer to search for an Good Job.
