«БСМ КСЦ Новороссийск» - крюинговое агенство, занимающееся комплектованием экипажей судов для компании Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (ранее известной как Hanseatic Shipping Company Ltd). «БСМ КСЦ Новороссийск» лидер на рынке в сфере качества, универсальности и количества судов. Мы работает в тесном сотрудничестве с Hanseatic (а в дальнейшем и с Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement), начиная с августа 2006 года.
 
«БСМ КСЦ Новороссийск» имеет лицензию, позволяющую вести деятельность по набору персонала и его смене за границей, выданной Федеральной миграционной службой России. Нашей компании требуются офицеры и старшие офицеры, у которых есть опыт работы на следующих типах судов: Oil / Chemical Tankers, Bulk carriers, Ro-Ro Carriers, Container and Off-shore vessels (FPSO etc). В управлении компании находится более 600 судов
 
База данных моряков, работающих с нами, постоянно растет и обновляется. Обязательное требование для всех новых претендентов - высокий профессиональный уровень и хорошее знание английского языка, опыт работы со «смешанными» экипажами, а также наличие действующих сертификатов в соответствии с SOLAS, STCW-78/95 и другими международными стандартами. Перед назначением на судно все наши кандидаты проходят все обязательные испытания в соответствии с International Maritime Regulations, требованиями судовладельцев и Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement.
 
Инфраструктура BSM состоит из центров управления, расположенных на
Кипре,  в Германии, Великобритании, Греции, Сингапуре, Гонконге и других офисов Мы уверенно заявляем: здесь есть работа для высокопрофессиональных моряков!
 
«БСМ КСЦ Новороссийск» также является членом «Новороссийской Торгово-Промышленной Палаты» и имеет сертификат соответствия СМК ISO 9001:2008 в отношении трудоустройства российских моряков на суда под иностранным флагом, выданный Ассоциацией по сертификации «Русский Регистр»
