Nautai Marine Services & Trading Pvt Ltd was established in 2018 Mumbai (INDIA). At Nautai Marine, we pride ourselves on a hands-on, personalized approach towards Officers, Ratings and their families. This, in return, generates loyalty and commitment, a major advantage in the current environment of manning shortages. Resourcing from an exclusive pool of Officers and Ratings, our overall objective is to provide stability and continuity of personnel, bringing significant benefits to the performance of a prospective client's fleet. Nautai Marine serves in niche areas like LPG, LNG, Chemical, and in addition to Containers, Product Tankers, Oil Tankers and Offshore vessels by retaining the personal approach to customers and providing tailor made solutions to their crewing requirement. One of the major factor is that we do not charge any Recruitment Fees, Joining Fees or Onboard Fees to principals. The motto behind this being we want to increase demand of Indian Crew in International Market. Our seafarers meet the very highest technical and operational standards. All personnel fully comply with STCW '2010 & MLC 2006 requirements and always have the necessary experience relevant to the type of tonnage to which they are appointed. Our recruitment process is dedicated to providing crews with maximum expertise and self-sustainable capability. Nautai Marine also is a one stop solution for all Flag State Documentation. At present we process following. 1- Bahamas.
2- Liberia.
3- Marshall Island.
4- Panama.
