PT Indopower Crew Management is a reputable crewing agency based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our company operates in full compliance with the MLC 2006 Title 1 – Standard A1.4 as a Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Service provider. With over 30 years of experience in the crewing industry, we pride ourselves on our ability to supply highly skilled and qualified Indonesian seafarers for all vessel types globally. 
Our seafarers are certified in accordance with the STCW 2010 standards, meeting the highest industry requirements. Key qualifications include: 
  • Minimum of 3 years of rank experience on similar vessel types. 
  • Graduated from reputable maritime academies/schools. 
  • Well trained and hold valid certifications. 
  • Proficient in English, with Marlins certification if required. 
  • Dedicated, hardworking, and able to work seamlessly with other nationalities. 
We are committed to providing professional and reliable services, including:

Crew Recruitment & Pre-employment Processes Seafarer medical examinations, Seafarer Employment Agreements (SEA), flag state arrangements, company briefings/familiarizations, and provision of working gear.

Pre-departure Arrangements Visa arrangements (US C1/D, Schengen, etc.) and travel formalities.

Crew Planning & Management Crew appraisal and upgrading, re-employment, and retention strategies.
