Polaris Maritime Services Ltd, is one of the oldest crewing agencies on Polish market started rendering its services in 1991. Apart of head office in Szczecin there is also a branch office in Gdynia. These two cities we may call most important seafarer`s life hubs in Poland.
Since the very beginning we are focusing on providing crew solutions to our clients around the world.
We pride ourselves on the consistent level of customer satisfaction and our commitment provided. We continually assess our candidates based on our clients requirements offering a tailored solution in addition to offering 24/7 support to both our clients and candidates maintaining our engagement 365 days a year. 
Currently we provide workplace for about 1000 seafarers in different marine sectors including offshore. We are fully licensed crewing agency holding both national MLC certificate and ISO 9001:2015 LRQA certificate since 1996.
