From our headquarters in Riga, supported by an international agent network, we deliver compliant tanker crewing with a strong focus on reliability, retention, and operational support – from selection to deployment and beyond.

Duna Marine Shipmanagement is a Riga-based crew management company focused on oil and chemical tanker operations. Our mission is to make crewing predictable for ship managers and seafarers: the right people on board, on time, fully compliant, and properly prepared.
We do this through disciplined planning, controlled documentation, coordinated training and testing, and hands-on support from application to joining.
