Nautai Marine Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Crew Manager to oversee the recruitment, scheduling, and welfare of marine crew members. The ideal candidate will ensure that vessels are manned with qualified and certified personnel, in compliance with all maritime regulations and company standards.
  • Manage end-to-end crew operations including planning, recruitment, deployment, and repatriation of seafarers.
  • Maintain updated crew databases and ensure timely certification renewals and document compliance (e.g., STCW, MLC, flag state documents).
  • Coordinate with manning agents, training centers, and medical clinics.
  • Ensure all crew members are briefed before joining and debriefed after sign-off.
  • Monitor crew performance and handle any issues or disputes professionally.
  • Prepare crew change schedules and manage travel logistics within budget.
  • Liaise with technical, HR, and operations departments for seamless crewing operations.
