We are Crew Managers and Manning agency based in Cape Town, South Africa. Our services include regional and international recruitment, employment and management of qualified specialist and support personnel for ships, oil rigs and shipyards.

• However over the past 5 years we have aligned ourselves with Strategic Partners in the UK, Philippines, Indonesia, Ukraine and Cuba.
• This allows us to provide Clients with Certified Officers and Ratings with a variety of backgrounds, nationalities, experience, skills and salary expectations.
