"STEM SHIP MANAGEMENT" LLC is a crewing agency which works on official basis, according to the Ukrainian International Law, with the support of Manning License.Our main task is employment of Ukrainian Seafarers all over the world. We offer you our services for selection of Officers and Rating personnel of highly skilled level for different types of vessels including offshore fleet.
The strict adherence to International Quality Standards and full compliance with IMO, STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM and latest MLC 2006 requirements are our successful tools to fulfill our Clients’ demands.Therefore, we are providing our Clients with highly qualified Seafarers who meet the requirements and standards of the modern marine industry.  We are always open for cooperation and long mutually beneficial business relationships with the foreign shipowners, operators and crewing agencies.
