The experience gained over the years gave us the opportunity to find gaps in the selection of service personnel for maritime transport, which subsequently became the result of an innovative system for tracking irreplaceable personnel, competent and hardworking employees. That, in turns, gives the ship owner confidence that both the ship and cargo will be in proper condition.
