Who we are   Top Crewing is global solution for seafarers and shipowners all over the world. Experience shows that if we serve our clients' well, our own success will follow.   Our team consist of recruiters with marine education and maritime experience: deck officers, Captains and Chief Engineers. Our clients' base is mainly focused within the maritime industry, however we have also provided services to the oil & gas and repair sectors.    We have high standards of service, which is easily adaptable to any maritime industry and to any customer. One of our aim is achieve excellence in everything we involved.   We have established links with several local technical colleges and universities in Ukraine. They are valuable when recruiting young specialists for future seagoing roles.
