It was established in September, 2005 to facilitate manning of ships and units of client companies with crews from Russian Federation and Belorussia.LAPA Ltd. was established in Riga, Latvia in 1991 and has good and long-lasting relationships with respectable Norwegian, Dutch and German shipowners.If you feel that our qualified seafarers might be fit to work onboard your ships kindly contact us for further information. Lapa-Saint-Petersburg Ltd. provides crews for all types of vessels in compliance with the ITF standard of contracts.
