We are Indonesian crewing and manning agent "MARL[N CARESINDO, PT" would like to offer our seagoing personnel services to your esteem company. All the services we offer are implemented with a high degree of professionalism, careful follow-up and close communication with our Clients to confirm that company standards are being achieved.   Our Objectives are to ensure that crew are:
a)  Carefully screened and selected as per STCW requirements.
b)  Embarked and repatriated efficiently.
c )  English speaking to communicate each others o/b ships.
d)  Comply to ISM code and IMO Standards.
e)  Worked at foreign companies before.
f )  Monitored for performance.
g)  Subject of comprehensive records.  

It is Company policy to recruit crew who are experienced, certified as necessary and medically fit, appropriate to the operation of each ship. The implementation of this policy provides a high level of service to the contentment of our crew which, combined with our true care for our crew’s welfare, generates a substantial retention rate of qualified crew  to the appreciation of our Clients and for Your information, Our Company register at Lloyd Register Marine for MLC 2006 and UKAS Management Systems for ISO 9001 : 2008.
