Hope to start new career through this website , i have been working in the oil field for 11 years on land rigs and want to shift to onshore oil field

It seems that on the Crewell Portal, it is common discrimination regarding Poles and age. The age is only digits. If somebody is medically and mentally fit for duty nobody should stop her or him from working. I haven't got any proposal here despite All my documents being valid and I am a very experienced master.

I thought I would find a job very quickly on this site. But after a long time, I am completely disappointed
