Age Limit: 3/ENG , 2/OFF or ENG – 40 y.o. , ETO – 50 y.o.
C/OFF or ENG , MST – 55 y.o.
Experience on Rank: 3/ENG – 3-4 contracts, 2/ENG or OFF, ETO – 4-5 contracts,
C/ENG or OFF – 4-6 contracts , MST – 5-6 contracts
Experienced Engine: MAN B&W MC / ME 
Experienced Vessel Type: Bulk carrier  PANAMAX 
Specific Certificate There is no specific certificate, all STCW docs should be valid min. 8 months
1. All candidates should have no more than 2 SHIPOWNERS (not crewing agency) during the last 5-7 contracts.
