ETO, 2Off, 2Eng, 3Eng: Minimum 3 contracts on vessels of similar type and DWT. Max age: 40 years. MST, COff, CEng: Minimum 4 contracts (5–6 for Master priority) on vessels of similar type and DWT. Max age: 55–57 years. Consistent record with no more than 2 shipowners (not agencies) in the last 5–7 contracts. Must have been onboard within the last year.
