- SEAMEN SHOULD BE HOLDERS OF DIPLOMA - ON BASIC TRAINING FOR CARGO OPERATIONS ON TANKER (CHEMICAL / OIL TANKER) – BECAUSE OF REQUIREMENTS OF PANAMIAN FLAG
