       It is the policy of Mistral Maritime Agency LLC to provide the customer with qualified, certified and medically fit seafarers, in accordance with national and international rules and regulations, who consistently and continuously meet the requirements of our customers.        The policy in the field of quality is the provision of high quality of the services provided, which also ensures the satisfaction of customers needs in compliance with national standards.       Policy in the field of quality is aimed at continuous improvement of service. Accordingly, we achieve customer satisfaction and continuous control and improvement of its efficiency by the following actions :  
•Compliance with applicable statutory requirements, international legislation and national requirements;
•The agency is responsible for providing the seafarer with a service in accordance with the MLC 2006, providing seafarers with accommodation on board and a safe working environment.
•Monitoring and measuring the adequacy of the services provided.
•Continuous study of the requirements of interested parties and their satisfaction;
•Increasing staff motivation;
•Creating a comfortable environment;
         For the implementation of the quality policy, the organization has defined goals and strategic directions. To properly implement the goals and strategy, the organization uses a quality management system. which aims to improve the quality of service and, therefore, customer satisfaction.       The provisions and obligations stipulated in the quality policy apply to all personnel involved in the quality management system and affect the functioning and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.      The quality policy (as well as the quality objectives) is subject to annual monitoring and, if necessary, additions or corrections will be made.
