We, OSCAR Black Sea Crewing Company LLC, are located in the south of Ukraine in Odessa, the company has 9 years of experience in the offshore and merchant fleet.  State Registration No. 40152653.
Our Company is Certified by Bureau Veritas, ISO 9001: 2008 Attestation of Compliance No. ODS0/EKK/20160622092836 .  The Quality Management System of the Company passes audit on a regular basis and meets the requirements of the International Safety Management Code.
The company provides services for the selection of experienced and highly qualified specialists in ship repair and shipbuilding: electric gas welders, platters, pipemen, painters, insulation workers, etc.
We provide staffed teams for ship repair and shipbuilding yards, team mates have internationally approved  certificates of proficiency  (Bureau Veritas, IACS member).
The teams are able to carry out the following work
- hull and welding works
- piping works
- mechanical works
- electric installation and wiring
- painting works
- insulation works, etc.
The members of the teams have experience not only in shipyard and workshop but also have worked on repair teams and performed their activity in dependable fleet maintenance.
The activity scope of our company also includes the organization of supervision of the ship construction and ship repair in shipyards and docks.  Superintendents have been sent to vessels of various companies on a regular basis and  as and when needed.
We provide our technicians with
- insurance
- work clothes (boilersuit)
- individual work equipment.
If necessary, we assist in getting seafarer's identity documents, international passports, international certificates and licenses.
