In OSG we recognize that universal well-being of seafarers is crucial for continuous work and proper maintenance of the vessel. That is why we strive to carry out the crew management process efficiently, professionally and carefully at all stages — from recruitment to deployment. In OGS we are aware that the safety on board and the competence of the crew determine the effective operation of the vessel. We genuinely care about our seafarers, which finds reflection in quality of their performance. |
