Our Company “UKRSEAMEN” - is crewing company with well qualified employees with long experience offshore sea service. We recognize the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to supplying qualified and competent Ukrainian crew for all types of offshore vessels in a professional and efficient way for more than 20 years. “UKRSEAMEN” is situated in Odessa, Ukraine – historical harbor city of seafarers.

We have stunning base of marine staff ready to work and our distinctive mark is that we are fully aware of what ship owner requires, and are using all our reserves to fulfill the requirement to benefit the client. We maintain the highest standards of recruitment and separation of the seafarers. We understand that the recruitment of well-qualified seafarers is of vital importance to efficient and safe work performed.
All seafarers are certified in accordance with International Conventions - SOLAS 74/78, MARPOL 73/78, STCW 78/95.
Our agency is managed by professionals, acting under national license Ministry of the Labor and Social Politic of Ukraine and in accordance with national and international laws ISO 9001:2008 and MLC 1.4, ILO.

“UKRSEAMEN” consists of 3 main Divisions: Merchant, Passenger and Offshore.
