Our shore-based staff consists of ex-seafarers (Master Mariner & Chief Engineers) and experienced managers who have extensive knowledge and perceptive of the international shipping market.Marine Hive Limited also arranges in-house courses for their seafarers with the use of simulator and computer-based training (CBT) systems such as Seagull and Videotel. Also, we are controlling the crew recruitment and ship management to use our own CMSS system for transparency & smoothly.
