STCW95 conventions & ISM codes. All crew are BANGLADESHI nationals &
speak English. The company
strictly follows the Merit & experience policy on board to avoid any
consequent breach of safety rule on board. With a high level of education &
extensive training both ashore and on-board, Bangladeshi crew & officers
have made a place for themselves as one of the best marine hands in the
international shipping market. Medical Examinations and fitness certificates
before joining for each crew Implementation and follow up of alcohol and drugs
policies regularly.Verification of all documents of crew with proper
qualification & certification of crew.
3.Marine training: For fresher as well as for
officers. We assist our crew for training from IIMT, MIST, STC as persafe
manning which this institute are certified 9001:2008.
4. Ship Brokering: SKMS are engaged for ship
brokering business with some of ship owners. We are ready to Buy old ship for
