“VTV Shipping” is a Crewing Company, which provides services in employment of qualified Seafarers by requirement of foreign Shipowners/Employers. Our main activity is recruitment of marine specialists for various types of vessels: Merchant and Offshore fleet. Also, we are ready to propose Repair Teams (Fitters, Welders, Turners), operating on board, onshore or in dock repairs. The large database allows us to provide selection of specialists of all ranks in the shortest time. ”VTV Shipping” works closely with numerous Kherson Maritime Colleges & Maritime Academy, which makes it possible to look confidently to the future, developing long-term Cadets program. Our Company is registered and fully licensed and certified by the Government of Ukraine. Our staff is a team of highly educated and well-qualified Managers with good command of English, who have wide experience in crewing business & at sea.

Our Services:
Searching and selection of highly qualified specialists for effective serving on board our Clients’ vessels.
Full crew management planning and arrangement;
Assistance in obtaining of different types of visas for seafarers;
Assistance in issuance of Flag state documents for seafarers;
Arranging a complete seafarer’s transportation from home to the port of destination and vice versa with any kind of transport and full company support during the travel.
Crew travel arrangements (air tickets, train, bus tickets booking in all directions);
Crew supply with working gear;
Any other additional services on Client’s demand.
