Наша морская компания берет на себя все вопросы, касательно трудоустройства украинских и российских моряков на торговые суда иностранных судовладельцев.
Главная идея агентства - развитие взаимовыгодного сотрудничества между работодателями и работниками посредством обеспечения профессиональным плавсоставом любых должностей, соблюдая при этом требования судовладельца и потребности моряка.
ООО «Ника Маритайм и К» предлагает все необходимые услуги по трудоустройству моряка - от постановки на учет, до официальной регистрации на судне: оформление виз, бронирование билетов, оформление судовой роли, и т.п.
Наша компания – официально зарегистрирована, имеет государственную лицензию, а также штат, состоящий из квалифицированных специалистов.
В настоящее время мы имеем обширную, постоянно обновляющуюся, базу данных персонала на: контейнеровозы, балкера, сухогрузы, танкера и суда типа Off shore. 
Мы предлагаем моряков с превосходным образованием, хорошим уровнем англ.яз и опытом работы в иностранных экипажах греческих, итальянских, голландских судовладельцев. Наши члены команды квалифицированы и компетентны, со всеми необходимыми для работы сертификатами международного образца. Все члены экипажа имеют положительные характеристики и рекомендации с предыдущего места работы. Уровень заработной платы различен, оговаривается согласно запросу работодателя и желанию моряка.
