We, Flamingo International Crew Management Services is expanding its services with the prime goal to become one stop solution for fleet & shipping fraternity. We cater the need and demands of Ship owners/Shipping Companies. Our selection procedures strictly adhere to the STCW conventions and MLC Rules. The company follows the one nationality as well as mixed crew policy as per client’s requirement. Hence most of the crew are one nationals and speak marine English.
