SEAGEN GROUP NOVO is a group of crew manning companies.Our group has been created by the team having long-term experience in the sphere of formation of crews. The group is represented by the head office which is located in the largest transport hubs of the Black Sea, in the сity of Novorossiysk. Historically most of sea experts of tanker sector have concentrated in Krasnodar region, namely in Novorossiysk whereas the sea experts representing dry-cargo and offshore sectors — in other regions of Russian Federation. Meeting the requirements of Shipowners, "SEAGEN GROUP NOVO" provides competent and qualified sea experts, paying great attention to searching/selection/training of each candidate. Now we have developed a big database consisting of 8000 sea experts (Officers / Engineers / Ratings) of various ranks having experience on different types of vessel. Our sea experts received education at Admiral Ushakov Maritime State University in Novorossiysk and other big marine universities of our country which are certified in accordance with STCW-78/95. We are working only with the Russian sea experts, recruiting for merchant ships of various types ( all types of tankers, Gas Carriers, Container vessels, Bulk Carriers, Dry Cargo, Ro-Ro, Lo-Ro, and offshore fleet). Our purpose is creation of long-term partnership with shipowners and sea experts to render full service in recruiting and agency, and also to develop constantly competency of the group and to improve the quality of work.
