We are a “group“ of dedicated, capable and energetic people, who offer our Principals fast, accurate and efficient services, in Human Resources and Shipping field. We have been Certified by the Romanian Naval Authority and the Ministry of Transport to operate as a Manning Agent and a Shipping Port Agent.Our Agency is able and has all the capabilities necessary to search, recruit and train the sea-going personnel for a wide variety of dry and wet cargo vessels, including Bulkers, Containers, Heavy lifts, Oil / Product / Chemical tankers, Ro-Ro, AHTS / Cable layers / Drilling Vessels and Offshore Installations.
