We have been Certified by the Romanian Naval Authority and the Ministry of Transport to operate as a Manning Agent and a Shipping Port Agent.Our Agency is able and has all the capabilities necessary to search, recruit and train the sea-going personnel for a wide variety of dry and wet cargo vessels, including Bulkers, Containers, Heavy lifts, Oil / Product / Chemical tankers, Ro-Ro, AHTS / Cable layers / Drilling Vessels and Offshore Installations.
