Established in 2008, VANMANPOWER, formerly known as NST Marines, is a professional company specializing in the recruitment, training, placement, and manning of Vietnamese crews. With nearly 15 years of experience in the marine services industry, NST Marines has successfully manned over 8,000 crew members, serving both domestic and foreign vessels. Presently, we have more than 500 crew members from our pool actively serving on board vessels owned by Chinese, Taiwanese, and European ship owners. We take pride in our expertise and experience in recruiting, training, and supplying crews that meet the strict requirements of ship owners. In line with our commitment to evolving and expanding our business scope, NST Marines underwent reorganization and now operates under the new name: Vanguard Manpower Joint Stock Company (VANMANPOWER), since 2023.   VANMANPOWER is deeply grateful for the trust and confidence placed in us by our partners.
