We maintain the highest standards of recruitment and separation of the seafarers. We understand that the recruitment of well-qualified seafarers is of vital importance to efficient and safe work performed. All seafarers are certified in accordance with International Conventions - SOLAS 74/78, MARPOL 73/78, STCW 78/95. Our agency is managed by professionals, acting under national license Ministry of the Labor and Social Politic of Ukraine and in accordance with national and international laws ISO 9001:2008 and MLC 1.4, ILO. “UKRSEAMEN” consists of 3 main Divisions: Merchant, Passenger and Offshore.
