All candidates should have no more than 2 SHIPOWNERS (not crewing agency) during the last 5-7 contracts. 2. All candidates should not be ashore for more than 1 year. 3. Kindly request to send Seaman book (SMB) in order of all contracts , not mixed. 4. Company not accepting Seafarer’s CES Test, Owner arranging by themselves test.
