Our crewing agency was founded relatively recently. Why should you trust us in the selection of seafarers, not just seafarers but qualified specialists? We will be glad to answer this question.
First of all, I would like to notice that co-founders are seafarers with experience in the positions: captain on passenger ships, as well as DPO officer in the offshore fleet on Drillship, which is very important. The experience gained over the years gave us the opportunity to find gaps in the selection of service personnel for maritime transport, which subsequently became the result of an innovative system for tracking irreplaceable personnel, competent and hardworking employees. That, in turns, gives the ship owner confidence that both the ship and cargo will be in proper condition.
