We started Rix Shipmanagement Ltd. in July, 2013. Our goal is to create a new generation ship management company.  Main objectives are Strict Control, Careful Operations Planning and Forward Thinking.

Our professional daily operations aimed for effective increase of clients’ earnings, as well strict control, budgeting and reduction of ship owners’ costs and expenses. Commercial Management
Chartering services, post-fixture operations, bunkering, voyage reporting, handling of laytime/demurage disputes and commercial claims.
Technical Management
Budgeting, maintenance supervision, supply of consumables and spare parts, repairs and dry-docking, classification surveys and certificates, accounting and costs control. 
Crew Management
Collecting the professional crew, joining and repatriation of crew members, victualing and welfare, payroll and administration. 
ISM, ISPS and ILO Management
Preparation, implementation, certification and management of ship safety management system; ship security system and ship security plans; documentation required under International Labour Convention. 
Financial Administration Services
Accounting, budget and costs control, invoicing and commercial results calculations, financial reporting. 
Legal and Consultancy Services
Insurance, claims’ handling, pre-purchase inspections and condition surveys, sale and purchase of the ships, valuations, shipping investments, registration of shipowning companies and ships.
