To introduce our company we inform you that the "Seleznev & Company Ltd." was established in 1993, situated in Odessa, Ukraine. The company acting under national license N 547335 of the Labour and Social Politic Ministry of Ukraine and in accordance with national and international law. Each member of our staff has High Marine Education, experience at sea and meets all modern convention requirements concerning seamen’s training. Our staff makes a very thorough choice of seamen according to shipowners’ demands. For last years we have successfully been cooperating with cargo, bulk-carrier, offshore companies and passenger shipping companies in Ukraine, Netherlands, Singapore, Dutch, India, Germany, Greece, Cyprus, providing them with high qualified officers and ratings, whole crews and qualified hotel, restaurant personnel for passenger liners and ferry boats. At present we are ready to provide crews for bulk-carriers including OBO/combination, general cargo, containers, Ro-Ro-passenger. Under our control all seamen go through pre-voyage course of training at the educational base of the Odessa State Marine Academy. All selected seamen are at the age fewer than 55 for officers and fewer than 45 for ratings, bear STCW 78/95 certificates, have sea experience, good records and fluent English. Also we have a big base of cadets living in the Ukraine, who continue studying in Odessa State Marine Academy as well as in three Marine Colleges. No seafarer will be engaged in employment on board a vessel without close studying of Company Policy in preventing the use of the alcohol and drugs on board a vessel and actions preventing from the strangers appearance on board a vessel. Our work is based on selection of the best qualified seamen who are worthy for work for the foreign company.
