Leap29 are a global recruitment business that provide contract and permanent staff to the marine industry worldwide. Our marine recruitment team crew whole vessels as well as providing contractors at short notice to ensure all positions on a hitch are filled. Leap29 are compliant with all MLC legislation and provide a comprehensive service when crewing vessels that includes: Recruitment: Identification and fulfillment of all vacancies and reference checking candidates to ensure suitability. All documentation is reviewed and vetted. Mobilisation: Leap29 will manage all mobilisation and logistic's. We have a dedicated travel and mobilisation team that manage the visa and work permit process. We then manage the logistics of getting the entire crew to port utilising fully marine flexible air fares. Payroll Management: Through our international network of offices and partnerships we are able to ensure full compliance with local employment and payroll legislation. This means that the full crew are employed correctly and paying tax according to their personal circumstances. Insurance: Leap29 have comprehensive global insurance coverage for public liability and professional indemnity. We can even add the entire crew to our medical insurance policy, that provides fully MEDEVAC coverage as well as aftercare and insurance. Deregistration and Demobilisation: Once the campaign arrives in port and the crew is ready to be demobilised Leap29's dedicated travel team will take full responsibility for their exit and demobilisation back to their home country. Leap29's marine recruitment team remove all employer liability from the client, and take complete responsibility, for the recruitment, mobilisation, engagement and demobilisation of the crew saving customers around the world time and money.
